The 3rd Annual Big Herts Walk
The 3rd Annual Big Herts Walk will be on Sunday 14 September 2008, through Cassiobury Park (pictured) in Watford.
So far the 10K walk has raised more than £50,000 for local charities Watford Mencap, The Peace Hospice and Watford New Hope Trust.
A picnic lunch for all walkers and their families, children's entertainment and a fun warm up for all children at the start of the walk, are all new features for 2008.
Total, Camelot, Telecom Resource and Matthew, Arnold & Baldwin are all local sponsors for the event.
