Gym offer for local kids

Young locals in Abbots Langley, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Maple Cross, Mill End, Rickmansworth, Sarratt and South Oxhey can get fit for free throughout the summer holidays at Charters Health Club, Watford, as part of Three Rivers District Council's Free Gym Scheme.

Croxley Green youngsters aged between 12-years-old and 16-years-old can take advantage of a free minibus to and from the venue, which will collect gym-goers from Croxley Skate Park, Baldwins Lane at 10.30am and return them by lunchtime.

This service will operate every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the school holiday period.

The free gym scheme will also be running at the new Watford Leisure Centre, Woodside, The Centre, South Oxhey, William Penn Leisure Centre, Mill End and Charters Health Club Woodlands, Abbots Langley.
