10k, 5k, 3k and 1.5K runs in Abbotts

The 10k, 5k, 3k and1.5k races will all take place oni Sunday 5 October, through the roads of Abbots Langley, Bedmond and Kings Langley.

The 5K and 3K race will only journey though the roads of Abbots Langley and the 1.5K for young children and families, within the park.

The race day starts at 10am at Manor House Grounds, Abbots Langley WD5 0AR.
